Karen is an occupational therapist with many years experience of working with both children and adults. She has worked as a case manager for over 5 years with clients with a variety of complex needs.

Karen has skills and experience in sourcing and recruiting multidisciplinary teams, managing support workers and supporting with equipment and property adaptations.

Karen prioritises building a therapeutic rapport with clients and families, getting to know them well so that she can advocate on their behalf as need and support them to achieve their full potential.

Specialising in equipment, housing, minor and major adaptations and moving and handling equipment and strategies for all clients over 18 years with a variety of disabilities.

Working with disabled children and their families in the community assessing for appropriate equipment and adaptations.
