Profile
I have specialised in working with clients with neurological conditions since early in my career as a physiotherapist and am now able to utilise this experience in my role as a Case Manager.
I recognise the importance of ensuring the client is at the centre of all decision making and making sure they have the appropriate team around them to enable them to reach their potential and achieve what is important to them.
I am committed to ensuring all my clients receive an excellent service both from me as their Case Manager and the other people who are supporting them.
