With over twenty years of Case Management experiences Tim demonstrates a highly professional approach, maintaining clear and appropriate boundaries at all times. Tim prioritises direct and transparent communication, ensuring expectations, processes, and decisions are clearly understood and free from ambiguity.

Tim brings extensive experience in supporting individuals who present with challenging behaviours and navigating complex family dynamics. Through a thoughtful and person-centred approach, he works to understand the underlying causes of behaviours, including the anxieties, concerns, and broader factors that may be influencing an individual’s presentation.

Tim has the ability to remain calm, composed, and effective in high-pressure or emotionally charged situations, enabling him to build trust, facilitate constructive dialogue with all parties involved and support positive outcomes for his clients.
