ILS Case Management ranked in the Top 50 in the UK’s Best Workplaces™ 2026 (Medium Organisations)

Last night, Great Place To Work® announced the UK’s Best Workplaces™ 2026 list at their annual awards event in London, and we’re delighted to share that ILS Case Management has been ranked 42nd in the Medium organisation category.

This recognition is especially meaningful because it is based entirely on the confidential feedback shared by our colleagues. Their experiences, insights and reflections shape the culture we work hard to nurture — one built on trust, support and a shared commitment to helping others thrive.

Great Place To Work evaluates how employees experience their workplace day to day, exploring areas such as trust, inclusion, wellbeing, opportunities for growth and how strongly organisational values are felt in practice. This year’s results highlighted the strength of our supportive culture and the positive, collaborative relationships colleagues build across disciplines. Among those who shared their feedback, 100% of respondents said ILS Case Management is a great place to work, compared to 54% of employees at a typical UK company. Colleagues also shared that 100% feel people care about each other here, something that reflects the heart of who we are.

One colleague said: “ILS genuinely cares about its people. The support we receive — both professionally and personally — makes such a difference to how we work together.”

Being part of HCML also connects us with a wider community of organisations dedicated to high‑quality, person‑centred support. Within that community, our culture is shaped by the values we hold — values that guide how we work, how we support one another, and how we support our clients.

These values guide everything we do: being Supportive, acting with Integrity, remaining Client Centred, being Quality Focused, and approaching challenges with a Positive mindset. These aren’t simply words — they come through in how colleagues support one another, share knowledge, and approach their work with compassion and professionalism.

Reflecting on this year’s recognition, our Managing Director, Sarah Ransome, said: “Our place on the UK’s Best Workplaces list means so much to us because it reflects the voices of our colleagues. Creating a supportive, inclusive and empowering environment is central to who we are, and this recognition speaks to the compassion, integrity and professionalism our team brings every day. I couldn’t be prouder.”
