Case Management for Children following Catastrophic Injury

Our paediatric case managers take a family-centred, developmentally informed approach, recognising the unique needs of children and their families. We focus on:

• Supporting developmental milestones through coordinated therapy and care.
• Advocating for inclusive education, including EHCPs and specialist placements.
• Planning for long-term needs, such as housing adaptations, equipment, and social engagement.
• Empowering families with information, guidance, and emotional support.
