Case Management Yorkshire & The Humber
Adjusting to life after a catastrophic brain or spinal injury can present many challenges, and each client’s needs are unique. In Yorkshire & the Humber, ILS Case Managers provide professional, compassionate guidance tailored to each client.
We support clients throughout West Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, North Yorkshire, and the East Riding, covering cities such as Leeds, Sheffield, York, Hull, and Bradford. Each Case Manager ensures that support is coordinated to manage rehabilitation, daily living, or longer-term care needs effectively.
Progress varies for each client. For some, it involves rehabilitation, managing daily routines, or planning longer-term support. For others, it may include reconnecting with a favourite hobby, exploring new interests, or creating opportunities for meaningful experiences with family and friends. Support is well organised, adaptable, and focused on the client’s goals.
ILS Case Managers combine specialist clinical knowledge with a client-centred, empathetic approach. Working closely with clients and their families, they provide guidance that is practical, compassionate, and focused on achieving meaningful outcomes.

About Us
Established in 1992, ILS Case Management has always been driven by a clear mission: to provide truly person-centred case management. We work in partnership with clients, their families, support networks, and referrers to achieve outstanding, client-focused outcomes. In 2025, we became part of the HCML Group — a company recognised for its expertise in rehabilitation case management, treatment, and occupational healthcare services, delivered with compassion and clinical excellence. This partnership provides a strong foundation for our continued growth. Our approach remains rooted in collaboration, and our values — Client Centred, Supportive, Integrity, Positive, and Quality Focused — continue to guide everything we do. Together with HCML, we remain committed to making a lasting, positive impact on the lives of those we support.
